Alioum Saidou (born February 19, 1978 in Cameroon) is a Cameroonian footballer. He currently plays for Turkish club Kayserispor as a midfielder.
Formerly, he played for Cameroonian club Garouna, and another Turkish team, Istanbulspor, Galatasaray, Malatyaspor and French club FC Nantes Atlantique.
He also plays international football for the Cameroon national team, with whom he played in the 2006 African Cup of Nations.
